- メンバーシップ：次回更新日前までに解約することで次回以降の課金を停止します。当月分の日割り返金は原則ありません（法令で必要な場合を除く）。
- コミッション制作：制作開始後の返金は不可。制作開始前のキャンセルは、案件ごとの条件に基づき、実費や進行分を控除のうえ対応する場合があります。
7) 返金・請求の異議（チャージバック等）
請求や提供内容に問題がある場合は、まずWebサイトの問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。解決しない場合は、決済事業者の紛争解決手続きに移行することがあります。その際、提供の証跡や連絡履歴等を提出する場合があります。
8) 禁止事項
不正利用、違法行為、嫌がらせ、第三者の権利侵害等を目的とした利用は禁止します。該当する場合、提供の停止や取引の取消しを行うことがあります。
9) 知的財産権
